She also helped us find a mattress that met our needs and fit within our budget as well. My wife and I came here to look at sofas. We found a couch right away. The store had a great atmosphere and the whole team made us feel welcome. Chris helped us tour models, and respected out budget in making suggestions.
I measured the set I was supposed to get an everything, the reps remembered our conversation. Unfortunately my experience at Ashley’s was not like everyone else’s. When I called to complain they told me that they received many complaints in the delivery/instillation department. Should have just bought used furniture like I usually do tbh Got a sofa, ottoman, and rug.
(No problem) I’ll just go to the sales rep and explain to him the situation right? However because of the sofas that didn’t fit we had to send the sofas, loveseat and end tables back. I love to say I had a great experience at this location however this was not the case! They have turned stressful shopping experience into a peaceful, fun experience. Berto and Christopher were amazing.
Miguel quickly got them hooked and smiles were on their faces the whole time. Miguel was so knowledgeable about the pieces that we loved. I wholeheartedly recommend Ashley and Miguel.
The staff seems to be very polite and friendly and not overbearing if you want to just look. I regret a thousand times to visit that place. If you ever have the chance to stop by Ashley’s furniture please ask for Norvys you will not regret. I will not buy furniture from them again, ever ever again.
